Terms of Service

Seller: Siddhant Singh (sole proprietor), trading as Vinespire.

1. Acceptance

Vinespire is operated by Siddhant Singh (sole proprietor), the "Seller" providing this service. By creating an account, accessing, or otherwise using Vinespire ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and enter into a contract with Siddhant Singh. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1a. Reseller — Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, in addition to the terms set out below.

2. The Service

Vinespire is an AI-visibility intelligence platform that ingests publicly available signals from third-party sources, computes a GEO Score, and surfaces opportunities for the brands you choose to monitor. Source coverage, refresh cadence, and feature availability may change as the product evolves.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for everything that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

4. Acceptable use

You won't use the Service to violate any law, infringe IP, attempt to bypass security or rate-limits, resell or scrape the platform, or load it with brands you do not have a legitimate interest in monitoring.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Data & privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the brand, competitor, and keyword lists you submit; you grant us a limited license to process that data to operate the Service.

7. Third-party sources

Vinespire surfaces signals from third-party sources whose availability, accuracy, and terms of use we don't control. We don't warrant that any third-party source will be available or accurate at any given time.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Vinespire disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vinespire's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in-product. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
