14-day money-back guarantee
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with Vinespire for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date. This guarantee applies to your first purchase of a paid plan.
How to request a refund
All refund requests are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the refund request flow associated with your order. Alternatively, you may contact us at hello@vinespire.com and we will forward your request to Paddle on your behalf.
Refund eligibility
Refunds are available for first-time purchases of paid plans requested within the 14-day window. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that:
- Are submitted after the 14-day period has expired.
- Relate to subscription renewals (recurring charges) rather than the initial purchase.
- Appear to involve abuse of the refund guarantee, such as repeated purchases and refund requests for the same account.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Subscription cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically generate a refund for charges already incurred. If you are within the 14-day window and wish to stop using the service entirely, request a refund instead of (or in addition to) cancelling.
